Since conventional mask sheets are individually stored in a bag, users have to insert their entire hand including fingers, palm and back of the hand into the bag in order to pick up a mask sheet. As a result their hands come in contact with cosmetic lotion, etc. To solve this problem it was necessary to make a mask sheet that can be unfolded and applied to the face more easily and quickly, without dipping in the cosmetic lotion. Therefore, we created a pillow pouch package in which mask sheets, moistened with lotion, are folded in a Z pattern and stacked. There is an opening on a tray on the pillow pouch package's surface that can be sealed when not in use.

Characteristics of the mask sheet: A liquid barrier film is attached at several points on each mask sheet that is impregnated with cosmetic lotion. The mask sheet with liquid barrier film on top is folded inward and stored in the package that can be sealed when not in use.

Each mask sheet has a pickup on each side so that users can pick up the mask sheet from the opening at the top of the package. The mask sheet is folded in such a way that the pickups can be reached from the opening. The mask sheets are stacked in a way that each mask sheet faces up.

This cosmetic applicator is made by slicing an open-cell sponge sheet. One surface of the sliced sponge is used as the applicator. The other surfaces have uneven texture.
